I am Mike Rossetti, a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source. I enjoyed the journey I recently took with my coach so much I decided I wanted to do what he does. Although I explored a number of other franchises, in the end, TES is the perfect fit for me.
Despite being successful and enjoying great accomplishments in my professional life, I’ve always felt the urge to be my own boss, help others in ways I couldn’t in my corporate roles, and create a lifestyle for my family that I could only dream about in my prior career.
I have been a “coach” my entire adult life – literally as a high school baseball and soccer coach after college graduation, and then throughout my professional career as I supervised and led successful sales and marketing teams. Now, I get to help my clients as they safely discover and explore what self-sustaining alternatives exist for them (a journey I took not long ago).
My wife, Pam, and I live in Naples, Florida, where we enjoy golf, grilling, boating, all forms of outdoor recreation and spending time with our family, including our children and grandchildren.
